IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR Pioneer Services ACCOUNT

Pioneer Military Credit is a new company that evolved after the recent closure of Pioneer Services. If you took out a loan with Pioneer Services prior to August 1, 2019, Pioneer Military Credit is not the owner of your account. Please see the information below on how to manage your current or past loan with Pioneer Services.

ACTIVE LOAN CUSTOMERS

If you have an active or open loan with Pioneer Services, your loan has been purchased and will be serviced by Systems & Services Technologies, Inc. (SST). SST previously emailed account and payment information to the email address on record. This information will be needed to set up your new login information. Visit www.accountinfo.com to set up online access. If you have any questions, please contact SST at 1-866-208-2110 or by email at SSTPioneer@alorica.com.

If you were previously enrolled in automatic payments through ACH or allotment with Pioneer Services, they will be carried over to the new system automatically. Payments being made via debit card will not be carried over and you will need to reestablish payment. Please set up login information with SST as soon as possible to ensure your payments are made on time according to your current payment schedule.

If you use Western Union to make your payment, please use the code city “SST” and code state of “MO”. If you would like to send a payment by mail, please ensure that you mail the payment to provide adequate time for it to arrive on or before your payment due date(s), and please use this address:
