Military Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Pioneer Military Credit Military Referral Program (the “Referral Program”) offered by Pioneer Military Credit LLC (“PMC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) has been created to reward you, our loyal customers, and other fans of the Pioneer brand (“you, “Participant”), for recommending us to your military friends, family, coworkers, and known acquaintances who apply and receive a loan through PMC (each a “Referral”).

The following terms and conditions (“Referral Terms”) contain important information about the Referral Program. Please read them carefully before participating in the Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, you also agree to PMC’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptance of these Referral Terms; Revised Referral Terms

By participating in the Referral Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Referral Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program. We may revise these Referral Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. When we revise these Referral Terms, we will post the revised version on our website: https://pioneermilitarycredit.com/military-referral-program-terms-and-conditions. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Referral Terms, but accepting these Referral Terms, as revised, is required for you to continue participating in the Referral Program. If you do not agree to these Referral Terms or any revised version of these Referral Terms, your sole recourse is to terminate your participation in the Referral Program. Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, your participation in the Referral Program is subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of, the version of these Referral Terms in effect at the time of your participation in the Referral Program.

Eligibility

In order to participate in the Referral Program, you must (a) accept and agree to these Referral Terms; (b) be a U.S. legal resident; (c) be at least eighteen (18) years of age; (d) not reside in California or Wisconsin; and (e) have, either by registering or being auto-enrolled, and maintain a referral account on the Referral Program website (“Referral Account”) in good standing. A person who meets these eligibility requirements is an “Eligible User.” The Referral Program is not available and void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors of PMC or its affiliates, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, sibling, parent, child or grandparent and the spouses of such persons) and other persons living in their same households are not eligible to participate.

Eligible Referral

An “Eligible Referral” means the referral of an individual who: (a) is eligible to receive a loan through PMC; (b) does not currently have, and has never had, a loan serviced by PMC; and (c) uses your Referral Link (defined below) to fill out and submit a loan application through PMC’s website (“Referral Loan Application”) within 365 days from the day you share your Referral Link; and (d) the Referral Loan Application is funded following submission using the Referral Link (a “ Funded Loan”).

Earning Referral Rewards

When an Eligible User registers for our Referral Program, we will provide that Eligible User with a personalized hyperlink via email that contains a unique referral ID associated with their Referral Account (“Referral Link”). Subject to these Referral Terms, within thirty (30) days of the completion of the approval date by each Eligible Referral using your Referral Link, the Referral Reward will be issued to you in the form of electronic gift card (“Referral Reward”). We will determine, in our sole discretion, whether an Eligible Referral received a Funded Loan using your Referral Link in accordance with these Referral Terms and whether you are eligible to receive the Referral Reward.

Currently the Referral Reward amount, which is subject to change at any time, is $50 per Eligible Referral. Referral Rewards will be paid through an electronic prepaid card sent to the email associated with your Referral Account. You will have 4 months from the date the prepaid card redemption URL is sent to the email associated with your Referral Account to claim your Referral Reward. Any Referral Reward not claimed in that time will expire. Once you activate your prepaid card, you will have 7 months to use it. Any funds on the prepaid card not used in that time will expire.

Restrictions and Limitations

Sharing Restrictions. This Referral Program is intended for you to invite only your interested personal friends, family, coworkers, and known acquaintances to apply for a loan utilizing your Referral Link and any link-sharing tools we may provide. You may not share Referrals with yourself. When you invite someone to apply for a loan through PMC using your Referral Link, you must inform your friend that you could earn a Referral Reward from PMC if they apply and receive a loan through PMC. You should not publish or distribute your Referral Link in locations where the audience is likely to include individuals you do not know. You also agree to send referral communications only to people that you know.

No Misrepresentations. Whenever or wherever you provide your Referral Link, any additional statements you make that are not provided by PMC about the services offered on our platform or the Referral Program must be (a) consistent with the content and materials we may have provided you; (b) truthful, accurate, factually supported, and not misleading; and (c) reflect your honest beliefs, opinions, or experiences with PMC and/or the Referral Program.

Annual Maximum Reward Terms.

A Participant may only accrue $550 in Referral Rewards per calendar year (“Annual Referral Maximum”). A “calendar year” means the period between January 1 and December 31, inclusive, for a given year. Upon reaching the Annual Referral Maximum, any further referrals by a Participant will not result in a Referral Reward until the beginning of the next calendar year.

Program Violations; Bonus Forfeiture; and Termination

Any violation or abuse of this Referral Program may result in the forfeiture of any Referral Rewards and/or termination of your eligibility to participate in the Referral Program. We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or inappropriate activity relating to the Referral Program. Notwithstanding any provision of these Referral Terms, we will not be obligated to pay Referral Rewards and your right to participant in the Referral Program will terminate if we determine, in our sole discretion, that (a) any Referral Loan Application submitted using your Referral Link is not a bona fide transaction, including without limitation for self-referrals; (b) you engaged in any fraudulent or deceitful behavior in connection with the Referral Program, including without limitation, if you, directly or indirectly, offer any person a financial incentive to complete a Referral Loan Application using your Referral Link; (c) you attempt to redirect or divert traffic or Referral Rewards from any other participant in the Referral Program; (d) attempt to or successfully damage, tamper with or corrupt the operation of the Referral Program or PMC’s or any third-party’s website; (e) you act with intent to annoy, harass, or abuse any other person; (f) you act in violation of these Referral Terms; or (g) you engage in any other activity deemed in our sole discretion to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Referral Program. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to delay payment of any Referral Rewards while we investigate your participation in the Referral Program or any use of your Referral Link.

Taxes

If you, the Participant, file taxes in the United States, you must notify PMC if you have received $600 or more in Referral Rewards from PMC during a single calendar year. If you receive a Referral Reward, you (as a Participant) are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it. By participating in the Referral Program, you release PMC and its representatives, affiliates, and agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the Referral Rewards.

Non-Exclusive

The Referral Program is entirely non-exclusive in nature. You acknowledge and agree by participating in the Referral Program that we may, at any time, solicit customer referrals via any method in our sole discretion.

Termination or Suspension

PMC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Referral Program or Referral Terms at any time, without notice.

Personal Information

Any personal information collected in connection with the Referral Program will be used in accordance with the PMC Privacy Policy.
