Questions about the Military Referral Program
The Pioneer military referral program is open to Pioneer customers, military spouses, former and retired military, and other fans of Pioneer. You must be a U.S. legal resident and at least 18 years of age. Current residents of California and Wisconsin are not eligible to join. See program terms and conditions for complete eligibility and other program requirements.
To qualify for an eligible referral, the person being referred must have applied through an active Referral Link, been approved, and received a personal loan through Pioneer Military Credit, and does not currently have, or has never had, a loan serviced by Pioneer Military Credit (must be a new Pioneer customer). To receive credit for a referral, the applicant must have applied within 365 days of the sharing of the Referral Link.
All active-duty ranks from all military branches (including National Guard/Reserves called to active service under Title 10 or Title 32) are eligible to apply for a personal loan through Pioneer Military Credit.
Once you are enrolled in the program, you will receive a welcome email with your unique Referral Link that you can share in direct communications with your military friends. Or you can use the share tools available in your Ambassador Portal and share your Referral Link and pre-defined message via email, SMS, social media, or a QR code on your mobile phone.
The Ambassador Portal login link and a temporary password will be provided in your Welcome email.
When you earn an eligible referral, you will be notified via email when the reward is approved and pending payment. You will also receive an email when the reward has been paid and is ready for you to redeem. All eligible rewards will be reviewed for approval and paid within 30 days of completion of the referred loan.
Each $50 reward you earn will be paid via an electronic prepaid card. The “Claim Your Reward” email will include a link and instructions to redeem your Visa prepaid card. You will have 4 months from the date the prepaid card redemption URL is sent to the email associated with your referral account to claim your referral reward. Any referral reward not claimed in that time will expire. Once you activate your prepaid card, you will have 7 months to use it. Any funds on the prepaid card not used in that time will expire.
