Questions About Pioneer Military Credit
In 2020, Pioneer transitioned to new ownership and rebranded as Pioneer Military Credit. Today, through its partnership with Lead Bank and a new online lending platform designed exclusively for service members, it continues to provide access to personal installment loans for active and retired military personnel.
If you took out a loan with Pioneer before December 1, 2021, Pioneer Military Credit is not the owner or servicer of your loan and can’t provide any information on that account.
If your loan was active on August 1, 2019, the previous Pioneer ownership sold your loan, and servicing was transferred to Systems & Services Technologies, Inc (SST). You can contact SST at 1-866-208-2110 or by email at SSTPioneer@alorica.com.
