Electronic Funds Transfer Repayment

If you elect to repay your loan via electronic funds transfer (“EFT”), we will withdraw your standard monthly payment via EFT from your bank account at the bank you identify to us each month on the payment date specified in your loan agreement, unless such date is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, in which case we will make the EFT withdraw from your account on the last business day immediately PRECEDING such date so that your monthly payment is not delinquent.

Changes to Terms of Use

PMC reserves the right to change its policies and services, or to modify this Terms of Use, by posting a notice on this website. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your continued use of this website shall constitute acceptance of any changes. Because the Terms of Use may change, please review the Terms of Use periodically for changes.

These Terms of Use are not assignable, transferable, or sub licensable by you without prior written consent by PMC. PMC may assign this Agreement in whole or part.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflicts of laws and provisions thereof. The sole jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the Missouri state and U.S. federal courts sitting in Jackson County, Missouri. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys’ fees. Both parties agree that these Terms of Use are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communication, and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.
